  • MANAGERS DO NOT UNDERSTAND BASIC COMPENSATION PHILOSOPHY.
  • EMPLOYEES DO NOT RECEIVE ONGOING, CONTINUOUS PERFORMANCE FEEDBACK.
  • THE ORGANIZATIONS CULTURE IS NOT CONDUCIVE TO PROACTIVE PERFORMANCE.
