NOT EQUIPPED WITH THE SKILL TO MANAGE HUMAN
BEHAVIOR.
- MANAGERS DO NOT
UNDERSTAND BASIC COMPENSATION
PHILOSOPHY.
- EMPLOYEES DO
NOT RECEIVE ONGOING, CONTINUOUS PERFORMANCE
FEEDBACK.
- THE
ORGANIZATIONS CULTURE IS NOT CONDUCIVE TO
PROACTIVE PERFORMANCE.
IN AN EFFECTIVE
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, THE FOCUS MUST TO BE
PLACED ON THE MANAGER AND HIS PRIMARY
RESPONSIBILITY.....DAILY MANAGEMENT OF THE
ORGANIZATIONS LARGEST CONTROLLABLE
COST-COMPENSATION.
OTHER MANAGER DUTIES MUST BE CLEARLY DEFINED.
